Hello. Your probably wondering who i am and how in the world you wound up here. I’m your average person who has battled with being overweight for most of his life. How you arrived here isn’t really that important. What is important is what we all leave with.Ive decided to start this page in order to share experiences and feelings about exercising, weight loss and sensible diet. I’m not a medical professional, I’m not an exercise guru…………….I’m not a person who is going to tell you what you should be doing while i sit on my fat butt eating a bag of chips.
